Microsoft 365 Copilot can convert any Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file into a PDF in seconds, ensuring compatibility, security, and ease of sharing.

How to convert a file to a PDF

  1. In the Microsoft 365 Copilot app select Search from the left side of the window.

  2. Scroll down to the Quick access section and find the file you want to convert to a PDF.

  3. Hover over the filename and select the More actions  more actions button-duplicate button that appears to the right of the filename.

  4. Select Convert to PDF.

Tip: You can see the status of the conversion towards the bottom of the window.

The PDF will be created and stored in the same folder that the source file is in.
